A company is created (for example by the general manager), and departments can be added within the company. The person who creates the company can also create departments and invite colleagues. Department managers can also invite employees to their departments.

Employees register their stress level anonymously through Stressio. Managers get an overview of results at company and department level, but cannot see individual responses.
